The texture of this piece left me gasping for air. It's phenomenal, awe-inspiring even. At first, such an accurate depiction of a scene, then BOOM, a hidden face on the flower that turns this whole piece around. The repetitive use of certain simple shapes is what really sets this apart. The overlapping of the star/snowflake on the face is so accurate and brilliant.
