Emerson, I like your new painting. It is very abstract, but eventually comes to life and the realism begins to overpower the composition. I especially like the texture in the background. Very nice delicate colors.

I agree with your dad, Emerson. I like your use of both line art and watercolor. One's dark and sharp, and one is pale and soft, so they complement each other.

Emerson has created a beautiful composition in this wonderful piece, "The Lone Pumpkin in the Weird World." The intersections are complex and show depth and the accuracy of the details are remarkable. I really enjoy seeing this piece of art. The neutral background lay a perfect format for the major splash of color in the pumpkin. Well done.
