Hi Natalie, I see you’re keeping busy with your art work. Looks like you are also keeping busy playing, dancing, and exercising. I like the way you chronicled all of that in quadrants. Lots of action and the backgrounds fit the action. Great job! Love, Obaachan

Hi Natalie, So you are busy with art work at home now! This reminds me of your hands swirling water or a ribbon dance. I like all the pretty colors and will be able to remember how big your hands were at 11, I love your long fingers. Keep drawing!!! Grandma
- Beth on April 29, 2020
Hey, I see you are able to keep up with your art program from home. Terrific! I like the way the colors change as they swirl into the center. The hands are a nice touch too, especially with the fingers showing through the swirl at the top left. Nicely done! Obaachan

Grandpa and I really like this one Natalie. Grandpa wants to know how you did it. I really like the way you blended the colors so the crayons dont appear flat but rounded and shiny. Then is it made on black paper so that you left the stripes on the crayons uncolored and how did you get the lines so straight? So many questions... Good work little artist. Grandma
- Beth on February 26, 2020

Wow! So neat how you can make a picture on flat paper look so 3-dimensional using curved lines and shading. It looks the way drops of water will magnify whatever you put them on. So cool! Your art technique has progressed so much since you started the art program. Keep it up. Love you...Obaachan -- Janice

Natalie, another great job with your art work. This is so interesting because it looks like you have three magnifying glasses on your page. It makes one think that if you ran your hand over the picture that surely three points would be higher than the background. Your art teacher gives you some very interesting projects and you always do a great job. Grandma -- Beth
