Livy, I LOVE this painting! A few things stand out to me: the royal blue on the wall is my favorite color, so that caught my eye; you've done a nice job with shadows in the goldfish bowl; and other details, such as the plant, three-legged stool and lighting are fun to see. Nice job, Liv.

I think I read that this is a still life painting. It is my opinion that painting a still life is difficult to do, but I see a shadow behind your flower vase, which is a great way to provide depth in your picture. And the painting on the wall behind the table is a smaller size, which also provides depth. Nice job, Livy! Love you!

Hi Livy. Your Christmas tree made of paper strips is lovely. Your triangle from bottom to top looks so exact. I interpret the white on the paper as snow. Is it? We still have snow in Minnesota! Love you, Oma
