I see a worldly fox and a spirit fox here....Wily and deft animal spirit magic!

What a inspirational play on color and shape. It reminds me of how we all exist with different dreams and personalities amid a back drop of possibility in the vacancy of space. We are all free to find our own spirit in this life, while being connected to the other. Great work Mary Alice!

Mary Alice, The fox icon in this piece is stunning! It speaks to two levels of fox, demarcated by both position and the dialectics of light and dark hind paws. Those who possess fox medicine hold the ability to vanish amidst the lush undergrowth of the forest, AKA life. Your piece inspires the great powers of fox medicine's ability to observe others and to use its cunning nature in a positive way, just like you. Your sweetness and kindness belies a discerning person who commands the powers of stealth and grace that many would not know vibrates under such a disarming demeanor. Fantastic work! Bravo! -- Sarah

I’m drawn to this piece, and its suggestion of the fire that comes from life. The red fruit of change and turmoil that ebbs and flows in all of us. You’ve reminded me of how pain and sorrow can burn and then create a pallet for rebirth and regeneration...that the beating of our hearts, even in the face of fear, is life sustaining us. Way to express your passion Mary Alice. You show us every day how your sack is full of heart, Bravo! -- Sarah
