I personally really enjoy oil pastels because of how beautiful they can turn out and the emotion they show. How you drew the hand not only seems realistic but calm as the burning wax drips off it. it almost gives an "alone in the dark" feeling. the colors used for the candle make it feel warm and toned.

Hello Baylee I am a Sophomore at Platteville High School. My Artsonia ID is Zachary20295. Listen, I absolutely love what you did. Horses are truly extraordinary creatures, aren’t they? They are super intelligent, I know a lot about horses, my dad used to sell them, and my cousins are in rodeo, in fact, my cousin became Rodeo Queen of Wisconsin for two years. I also love the color schemes you used, a lot of shades of browns, dark browns, light browns, a lot of browns. I love riding horses, they are really amazing, and I think this picture helps show the true beauty of horses. My chinese zodiac is the horse actually. Cool, right? Yeah. I love horses, I love animals in general, because in my eyes, all animals are beautiful. Just like all art is beautiful in it’s own way. Which project was this? I remember it but I forgot what it was called, but it is so original! I’m in love with it, hehe. I also love all of the details you put in the saddle, it’s really a cool piece, and it brings out some of my good memories of when I used to ride horses. They were good memories, and that is what art is exactly about in my opinion, to bring out memories or emotions or certain feelings. It seems like you have a really good imagination, kid. You are going to have a great future if you continue to work in art, you’re going to be absolutely amazing. Keep up the good work.
