Hi Christian! I very much enjoyed seeing your artwork this morning. I think you've done an excellent job of filling the frame with the subject, giving it prominence and utilizing a balanced set of vertical and horizontal lines to bring the animal further into the forefront of the page. Also worth noting is your bold use of large areas of blank space both center page on the animal and also in the background, which are bracketed with areas of densely textured white lines and visually interesting fractured forms, some of which almost suggest a skeleton within. Christian's talents are amazing in art as well as everything he does. I am so proud of him, his accomplishments but mostly I am proud of the wonderful, caring young man he has become. Christian, continue what your doing. I can't wait to see what wonderful things are yet to come. -- Grandma
