Hi! Luke, The dolphin is my favorite animal in the ocean, too! I love to watch them from my balcony cruising along in sets of three as they surface and dive. I think they are also very social as they travel together and usually swim quite close to the surfers just before the waves break. Your work of art is really neat and it sounds from your comments you learned a lot working on your project! Working in 3-D with paper mache has to be challenging! I like the way you painted your dolphin using different painting techniques and colors! The added touch of another dolphin fin in the water base is perfect because dolphins never travel alone! Your work shows a keen observation of dolphins and of ways to create in 3-D! Love, Aunt Cheryl -- Aunt Cheryl

Hi! Luke, Wow! You used a method of making pottery that has been used to shape vessels for thousands of years. It is a very good technique and you did a great job making each coil that forms the walls of the vessel so even. I like the colors you chose for the glaze and the placement of the blue! It is a really neat design! -- Cheryl

Hi! Luke, Great drawings of four Pokemon creatures!!! They look like they are a lot of fun to draw and that you used the colors and included the details that make each one who they are! Hope you enjoy drawing some more of the characters!! -- Aunt Cheryl

You were very creative and did a great job, Luke, making your clay bear! Your bear is really unique with his yellow hair! You added lots of interesting detail with his eyes, nose, open mouth, paws and hair! I wonder what he ate in the woods that turned his hair yellow! He is fun bear to look at and a person might like to meet him...maybe at a distance! -- Cheryl
