Now that reminds me of geometry! Not sure why except for the triangles and squares. I’m wondering what the process for this project was. Your art teacher is very creative with what she has for you to do in each of your projects. Very interesting!!!

I like your color choices. Very original. The shapes and color combination are fun! Well done Lilah!

WOW ... THAT’S COOL! We never did fun stuff like that when I was in school! Of course weaving may not have been invented WAY back then!! I’m really impressed with all the different types of art you’ve done. The addition of the beads really makes it Special! I hope mom puts that one in your “FOREVER Box!” I want to see that one in person!!

You never cease to amaze me with your art and the thought that you put into it! Your dad pointed out the planetarium to me and we agreed that was a very nice touch! I’m particularly impressed with how you blended the sky. A really nice job ... well done!!!

That’s the VERY BEST picture of a Nutcracker that I’ve EVER seen!! I know I keep saying this, and I’m sure I’m not the only one, but you are very artistic Not sure if your mom told you but I have a bunch of art “stuff” for you when I see you at Thanksgiving. It’s for all of you, but I’m thinking you will probably enjoy it the most. We’ll see ... but I want you to keep on drawing and showing me your work!!

I would be afraid of this if it was a bug. It is looking at me from so many different places I am not sure which are real eyes and which are fake.

I know you’re supposed to ask the artist to describe their art, but I gotta say I’m seeing over the top of a bunch of balloons ... maybe they’re at the circus! I just know it makes me feel very happy!!

WOW!!! Baba says you are an amazing artist and I say DOUBLE THAT!! We have been so excited to see your work and it seems like every one is more amazing than the last one!! This is my very favorite one! I’ve taken lots of photos of Cardinals, none with snow of course, but I just love them! Your drawing just really makes it feel like I’m looking out my window and it’s snowing and there’s my little Cardinal friend that I’ve seen a thousand times. But wait! That’s snow! I must be dreaming! Oh wait, that’s Delilah’s picture... I just love it!!! (And LOVE you more!)

The picture here doesn't do your project justice. It is far prettier when you can see it and touch it! But, I still love that your school uses Artsonia so I we can at least see pictures of what you create! Keep up the good work!!!

I'm not sure if you've ever heard of a TV show called "Flipper," but when I was your age it was my favorite!! It was about a dolphin and two kids who were his friends. I wanted so much to have a dolphin as my friend. Maybe this can be my dolphin friend!! Do you ever write stories to go with your art? If so, maybe yours could be about a gramma that had a dolphin for a pet! Let me know if you do.

Delilah we're so proud of your artistic talent! In Texas we don't get snow very often and our trees don't always go through all the stages you drew in your picture, so we appreciate you showing us what it's like in Maryland. Such a beautiful drawing and so informative! Thanks!

I'll continue to search for the beautiful pink & orange "Delilah Butterfly" and I'll let you know when it flies thru my yard.
