Dear Landon, Thank you for sharing another of your art projects. Grandpa Karl and I really enjoy seeing what you have created each time new art work is sent our way. Your bunny could not hide like the Easter eggs at our house. He is way too big for hiding. We think your bunny is so cute. Your bunny looks like he is ready to strike up a conversation with the first person or animal who strolls by. Thanks again for sharing. Grandpa Karl and Grandma Judith

I love that bunny. With the one ear bent over and that puff tail it's so artistic. He looks like he''s thinking about jumping but like Grandpa Leo,he's a little bit too pudgy. Or he just might be trying to disguise himself as a big Easter egg. Love , Grandma Belle

What do you know about being crazy about Valentines Day? You really expressed the feeling of getting a Valentine from a special person. I had to laugh at the neat way you drew. Love, Grandma Belle

Dear Landon, We really like your artwork. We like the way you placed the eyes. Nice tongue! We like your choice of colors and the way you used a pattern throughout your entire piece of artwork. We are "Crazy 4 U 2!!!" Grandpa Karl and Grandma Judith

Dear Landon, What a perfect day for us to receive a message saying you have new artwork. The wind is howling, the snowflakes are falling and everyone needs to have some type of protection for their hands. We really like the way you designed your special mittens and used yellow as one of the colors. You did such a nice job showing symmetry. We also like your snowflakes. No two snowflakes are alike! If these mittens were real they would look so nice with your green winter jacket. Thanks for sharing your artwork with us. Grandpa Karl and Grandma Judith

Your matching mittens are amazing. You were so precise in matching the colors. I do like the snowflakes, not one is alike, the designs are pretty unique. Love to be able to view your work. Grandma Belle

Poor Mr. Snowman, has trouble with the wind.I especially like the way you portrayed the wind. The arms, arms are so typical of things we find to put on our snowmen. I feel cold just looking at him. You are a terrific artist. Love, Gramma Belle

Dear Landon, Perfect timing! The snow outside arrived just in time for the Snowman project inside your art room. We marvel at the way you created your snowman to "move" without moving. We are reminded of the song, Frosty the Snowman, when we look at this piece of artwork. Thanks for sharing! Grandpa Karl and Grandma Judith

Dear Landon, Grandpa Karl and I were glad to see this piece of artwork on the wall last Wednesday when we came for Grandparent's Day. You are very proud of your family. You remembered the art skills your teacher wanted you to use in this assignment. We can tell by your picture that your family is very important to you. Thanks for sharing! Grandpa Karl and Grandma Judith

Dear Landon, We are glad your teacher gave your class a "ketchup" day. You could really use your imagination and create your own special piece of artwork. We think your "tube like" conveyor transporter for the presents is a great idea. Santa and his elves have so much work to do to prepare for Christmas and this allows them to save some of their energy so they can work to make the wishes of the many children and grownups come true. Dear Landon, Thank you again for sharing some of your artwork with us. This drawing makes us think of you and your family at a studio getting your family picture taken for something very special. We like the way everyone in your family seems to be looking at the photographer. Perhaps you and your family have all just said "cheese" for him! Grandpa Karl and I can tell you understand the skills your teacher asked you to use in your drawing as you completed your assignment. We are so glad you enjoy art. Grandpa Karl and Grandma Judith

Landon was so excited about this drawing he described it to me at home. If I understand him correctly, this is an invention--similar to those wind tubes at the drive in at the bank, I think--that transports presents from one part of the workshop to the other. Make sure to check out the picture of the outside, as well. =)

I just bought postage stamps with a whole bunch of lighthouses on them and they resemble your drawing.Too bad they didn't know about your art project, they might have included it. I like the background weaving and the tissue paper. Keep up the good work, Love, Grandma Belle

Looking at your different layers of colors made me believe you were listening very closely to what the teacher was telling about the layers. I love the pattern it made across the page. You boggle my mind. Love you, Grandma Belle.

I can't believe how realistic the face of your bear is. He looks surprised and ready to run. You blow me away with your artistic ability. I'm hoping you are having as much fun as I am viewing you work. Love, Grandma for Grandpa Leo too.

Dear Landon, Thank you for sharing some of your art work with Grandpa Karl and Grandma Judith. We enjoy seeing what you have created in art class. We both like the blue heart in the middle of your art creation today. We see a lot of yellow and are not surprised because we know it is one of your favorite colors. We look forward to more of your art in days and weeks to come. Grandpa Karl and Grandma Judith
