This is a colorful ostrich. The colors you chose are beautiful! We like how you included a background with grass, flowers, the sun, and clouds. The details are fabulous! Ms. W's third grade class -- W

This is fantastic! We love the colorful background. All these bright colors make the white in the snowman "pop." It makes a great contrast between color and absence of color. The black snowflakes also are a great addition to the colorful background. The title is perfect because a snowy day is usually white or gray. You are very creative. Keep up the good work. We look forward to seeing more of your art in the future. Ms. Martinez's 5th grade class. -- Martinez

Printmaking is a lot of fun! You did a wonderful job printing shapes onto your paper. What was your favorite part of this project? (We printed using shapes like legos, washers, forks, etc. Then we used texture plates to get a nice background. Some of us layered many different colors in the background.) What did you like best?
