Amanda, this is is really amazing work. What great perspective! I love this piece and I wonder if you were thinking of Candlewood Lake when you were painting this. I takes me back to a summer evening or sunrise on the lake. Great job!

Amanda, I have reviewed all of your artwork since first grade. It is a real joy to see how your talent has grown, like a seedling that has sprouted and is becoming a beautiful flower. I hope you continue your interest in color and design. You have had some inspirational teachers, I'm sure. All my thanks and love.

Hi Amanda, I like both of the landscapes. The realistic one feels so real! It really is beautiful with the river stones and grassy meadow and trees and mountains. There's a lot of depth there. It reminds me of a national park. I hope we can go there some day! Great work!!!

Amanda, your love of soccer is pretty clear! Your artwork also gives a clear feeling of what it must be like to be the winning Chelsea team. You captured the energy of the moment when the goal is scored and the crowd goes wild! And I'm wild about the artist! Great job!

Amanda, the title of this says 'Storytelling Dolls' and it looks to me like you made a mother and child, but I want to hear the story behind the art. It's always interesting to hear the artist's view of the artwork because different people have different views on the meaning. To me, this artworks looks like a Mom taking care of her baby and maybe the she's trying to get the baby to fall asleep. Maybe the Mom is needing a nap too? Love, Dad

Amanda, I love your colors and have ordered a framed copy for my computer desk where I can see it as I work. I also have a copy of one of Justin's works. The colors in both of these are very pleasing. I am definitely a fan of my granddaughter's work! Love, Nana

Amanda, this is such a beautiful bouquet! I love the colors and how resourceful you are to re-use a plastic cup. It shows you are both creative and good to the earth to recycle like that. This is a really great piece of work. I love it!

Hi Amanda, I really like this piece because it has a real Native American feel. That looks like a longhouse and some campfires and maybe is that a dream-catcher on the door to the longhouse? Awesome job and the colors have a real 'earthy' tone like the Native American lived.

Amanda, what a wonderful Mandala! Could I even call it an Amandala? :) Your choice of colors and images is very in tune with nature. I love the bugs and the butterflys, and are those little tree-trunks in one of the rings? Your teacher is doing a great job to get you to use so many interesting elements of the design and even some math was involved too. It's another great example of your amazing creativity. I love it!
