Such great colors together on this one with lots of movement

I share your assessment of the the quality of the background. It gives the piece a sense of motion which adds interest to (subject) snake.

This one is so cool. I can see the motion in the leaves; really well done!

There is something that keeps me looking back at the artwork, I think it's the blues and yellows are attractive.

I continue to be impressed with your skills in so many different techniques. I have great expectations after every post. It's entertaining for sure.

Yes, blind contour drawing is difficult. But your drawing is brilliant. So much detail! You showed that you could draw the image without looking at the paper. I like it. I would love to know more. Who is the subject? Mirror? or friend posing?

2nd comment on this drawing: so is it an optical illusion? The object I was puzzled about looks like it might be a potted plant, and if we flip the picture 180 degrees it would be a potted plant sitting on the floor. Then the door that is currently on the right would be on the ceiling on the left. Am I way off here?

Great job capturing the vanishing point perspective. You really get the feeling of a long extended hallway with many doorways right and left. I'm trying to figure out what that object is near the ceiling in the first alcove on the left. I'll keep studying this drawing.

Plantain chip fish, amongst the rarest sea creatures on the planet. Makes an appearance to select seventh graders once every generation. Thank you for capturing this image for us.

Love the movement in this picture. Definitely an autumnal scene. Autumn leaves blowing.

Very nice clean lines and soft degrees of gray, which I love.

This is fun. I like the contrast in colors, and the look on her face reminds me of how I feel when I don’t get my coffee !

Makes me think of pumpkin-spicing something! I like how you did the background.

This is becoming a regular treat, I can't wait to see what's next. I agree with you HB, I like the leaves in the breeze.

Wow, I can tell you are really developing your skills, I wished I was half as focused as you are. Keep up the good work.
