Emery, at first I focused on the blue dot. How fitting following the name of the piece. Quickly I realized how each singular shape on the page was a derivative of this first “dot” even though morphed and now a complex entity on its own. How cool! ???? It shows that even though we are all different and wonderful in ourselves, we are created l from a wondrous and beautiful same beginning.

Emery, I love that you captured a sunset in this art! I think that your color choices for the top of the picture are so beautiful. The orange sun goes really well with the clouds. I wonder what kind of animals live in that hole in the tree? I think that a happy family of squirrels probably just sat down for their acorn dinner in their tree hole house.
