Olivia, we love your artwork. It has grown more complex and interesting. The stars and hearts and other shapes are beautiful. The colors are an exciting mixture of color.. We can see many things in this great abstract picture. It seems almost to be a portrait of a face with many moods. The purple color seems to pull it all together. Every day when I use our mousepad I see Olivia's creative artwork and how her life influences her creations. She is closely involved with her family's chickens: gathering eggs, tending to the coop, and handling the chickens. She portrays them as being happy and free ranging. The "hearts" express her love for the chicken who takes up the entire space of the work . The colors are also primary and bright. This is an active and happy chicken, just as Olivia is an active and happy girl. Olivia, keep up your wondrous artwork. LOVE ,grandma and peepa

We see Olivia's love of nature and animals in this drawing of the cute red dog. Her use of the triangle figure to portray the face and the double triangle for the ears is an economical and clear way to give the dog dimension. The outsized bushy tail with white tip, as big as the whole dog, adds an element of humor to the figure.
