This is a more relaxed style for you, which I think works really well. It’s accurate to real life and has a good feeling to it!

I like how you tied lobstering into the slogan and the purpose of the artwork. I think you did very well in capturing the details of your dad’s boat along with the horizon and reflection on the water. Those two aspects are technically difficult to replicate.

I think this piece is beautifully and meticulously done. I think I see the ONE thing that bothers you, and most people don’t even see this very minor thing. I love this and the way you brought your lobstering heritage to your art.

I know Cole was not happy with how some parts of this piece came out, but I think it looks wonderful and that we all strive for perfection which can be elusive and that all we can do is try and be happy with the end product.

One of my favorites. The rippling effect around the boat is drawn quite well. As well as the details to the ocean floor. I like how you did the writing in bubble effect, which makes the appearance of looking through water.

I can really see the texture. I can tell by the leaf and the droopy greens that this is a jungle scene

I think you got your point across quite nicely! The left side says “I can’t see “ and I can see why…the iris is obscured and the yellow part is too. The lashes have particles on them too! The right side is clean and clear.

I can see the difference on both sides of the eye but still to me it was work well done.....by the way, why the blue eyes???

I love the contrast on the right from the left. I can see the clarity on the left image. There’s amazing detail and shading to the iris.

Lots of details in this drawing! Some of the dots are darker than others and the shoelace is longer at one end and very short at the other. Very observant Cole!
