I think it is great! It is a fun representation of your school mascot and a creative tie to the holiday season! Your artwork this year is very impressive. I can tell you are being exposed to many mediums, and it appears that water colors might be a favorite of yours.

Wow! I had to research Tim Burton and upon doing so I appreciate the work more than ever! It fits right in line with the Addam's Family look! I didn't know Tim was the mind behind the Beetlejuice characters either. I always like black and white. It can be so defining, I think, because the contrast is either 'on' or 'off'. Throwing in the small bit of gold color on the necklace is interesting. I know you mentioned you didn't care for that, but I think it is an attribute of the work that makes it extremely unique! You are super talented Miller! I love it! Your work in this class reminds me of the Advanced Art class I had in 7th grade. I'm thankful you get to experience this because you are being taught so much more than you know!

If there were only a guide to balancing it all… I love how soft your watercolors are and the font you chose is perfect.

I love the contrast in colors. To me, it represents different ways we are tugged in.

I have worked hard my whole life to balancing work and personal life. It sounds easy and really shouldn't be a challenge, but as you grow older you figure out it is more difficult than you can imagine. It looks like you used water colors on this piece. Is that correct?

My favorite part is the section with the triangles. I don't know what you call each section, but it is unique and different. That is my geometric and engineering mind at work though. I also like the section at 3 o'clock (black and white). It is a fantastic piece of art. You are being exposed to so many different forms of art and expression. I love it!
