Ian, I haven’t commented on your artwork for quite some time. I saw this piece and I am drawn to it because it is so peaceful. But with the subtle quiet colors of the trees and the snow in front of them, I really like it. You are a great artist.

I love all of your artwork, but this one is probably my favorite piece so far. It makes me think of the winter sun setting early in the evening while I'm warm and cozy and enjoying the peaceful quiet of the season. Simply stunning!

I love this piece, Ian! There seems to be a lot of movement in the picture. It looks like the trees are blowing in the wind and the bees are swirling and flipping through the air. I love your placement of the bees. The one that is even going off the paper makes me feel as though he is very high in the sky! Your vivd colors also bring the Spring "garden" to life. Do you name your pieces? Famous artists sometimes do, you know. =)
