Hi, Harley! This is such a beautiful representation of what I have seen happening outside this fall! Each tree is so unique! Each one has a different color, texture, and feel. It looks like you used lots of different things to paint and create this. Looking at it helps me appreciate transitioning through these seasons... summer, into fall... and ultimately into winter. OOOOhhh, Harley! I love these flowers! They are making me so happy and are brightening my day! I love how the leaves have such smooth outlines and how the flowers contrast with lots of texture!

I love this piece of artwork, Harley! I'm looking out my window into my back yard as I look at this drawing/painting of the birds you made, and I'm seeing the birds start to come back to the trees as spring begins! It also reminds me of a book I love and used to read to the students in my classroom. It's called Birds, and is be an author I like, named Kevin Henkes. Maybe you have seen it. We'll have to take a look at it together sometime! The bird illustrations in the book are by a woman named Laura Dronzek. It's fun to think that some people make illustrations for books as their job! The colors in your piece are beautiful and each bird is so fun and unique! I like the little one on top! And the addition of flowers and the sun. It brightens my day to see your new artwork, Harley! This one is so colorful! I think I see at least 6 different colors, and that's not including the colors in the people's faces! Is that your family? This looks like a mixed media piece - tissue paper, clay... And I see there is writing on the black frame, that is hard to see on my computer.
