I was able to see Luke's artwork in person on Grandparent's Day. I loved the symmetry as well as the few black squares that were not symmetrical. I am glad he enjoyed doing this project -- I don't think I had a sense of depth, much less 3-D depth, until I was a lot older than 8 yrs old! Congratulations Luke for understanding not only your assignment, but also to BGA for attempting to introduce such a lesson in the 2nd grade!
