I think it is interesting that you felt something was lacking in this piece because, although I love everything you have been doing (BRAVO) This piece is actually my favorite. It really pulls you into the piece. I especially think that stairway in the back makes your piece very mysterious. In the foreground, the front and back of the figure with the tophat are so intriguing. I love that you are becoming such an artist. It thrills your Nana! I can't wait to watch your progress.
