As much as I have appreciated your graphic novels it is nice to see you branch out in other fields. You are doing such nice work with paints, creating inventions, sewing. You are working in yet another media - this time clay. Am I correct that first you mold your figure and when it's dried it comes back to you for painting. Then it's fired and returned for the final glaze? That is quite a process. I love the detail and color. (Now I understand the little dab of green that was on your face when you came out of school last week!)

This perspective work is terrific, Zack. What else is terrific is that I have seen it carry over into the independent works you are creating at home. The original Moey would be thrilled, too.

That's a great color wheel Zack. I wonder if you will bring elements of it into your next art project. Maybe invent a color of your own by mixing different primary colors. I can't wait to see what you post next.

Did you have fun working with the color wheel? I used to love making them and learning why the colors were arranged as they were and the relationship between them. Do you have a favorite - color wheels or rainbows? Nice job on this, Zack!

Zack - This project was so impressive to me. You stepped out of your comfort zone and created something great. Your Grandpa was very impressed and grateful that you created something specially for him. And the fact that you did it in one day was amazing.

When I was little my dad made up a story about a man who wore a top hat. The man's name was Mr. Peter Pettibones. His hat had magical powers.

Greed. What an interesting character to explore. Does he use that tail as a weapon like ankylosaurus does?

I'm intrigued by this figure. Even the name is mysterious. Who could she be in there? Where is she going?

Ooh, Zack, this guy looks strong to me, too! With all that dark black color standing out strong against the white of the background and his eyes going "pop."

This is a powerful image. The asymmetry of the hair or shadow on one side really strikes me.

A lot of AmongUs characters here - have you and William been chatting AmongUs? I see a pitchfork though and think that's a reference to another show/game? I may need to ask you about this one. Love the detail!

I don’t really understand the fascination with Among us…not my type of game, but your drawing of this character, whether team member or imposter is spot on! Another great example of you using your big memory to create art.
