Hi Grace- This is such a beautiful rose...one of my favorites so far. Love the colors you chose for the background-they really make the red rose stand out. You are truly talented. Love, Aunt Carrie -- Carrie

Grace, each piece of work is more perfect than the last. I love all three of these pieces, but the flower is simply overwhelming - both the flower and the background. Backgrounds are particularly difficult to get right and this one is perfect. All are just lovely. I'm going to need to talk to you about the three and see which is you favorite. Do you have a favorite? Hello to Mommy and Daddy too.

Grace, is this a mommy and baby pair? They look very alike to me, I would know the little one belongs to the larger one in a moment. Very beautiful. Can you send me an email and tell me what the media is and how you made them. Thanks for sending me the picture. Savannah Grandpa & Gradma

Well Grace you have created another set of wonderful work - how beautiful. While all the pieces are lovely I'm most drawn o the deer and I'm particularly drawn to the background - the snowflakes and sky color. The scene is wonderfully peaceful and the deer so innocent - just as those we see on the island look. Not when they are eating my flowers, of course, but most of the time. It almost appears that the deer's head is 3 dimensional. Is it? Looks like it jumps off the paper. Wait a second, now that I look closer it appears to be 2 dimensional. Is this origami? I guess I need to chat with you to see if my eyes are telling me the truth. Well, bottom line is the work is lovely and this deer is going to find its way onto something that lives on my desk while I work. Lots of love, GP
