Mer-- I would like to know more about this assignment. It looks like an egg shell cracked in half or a print--paint one and then press it to another piece of paper? I bet I'm wrong and would like to hear about it!

Mer, There certainly are a lot of colors in this piece! It's a chameleon? It could blend into a lot of places, which is what chameleons do! Nice work!

Mer-- This is a beautiful and very colorful lion! I notice the colors around him are in an order from cool to warm colors. I bet you planned it that way! I like his eyes, nose and mouth--very detailed! Great job!

Mer-- That is a very colorful seahorse! I notice he is swimming in water with some plants in the water as well. I also notice that the seahorse has a stripe of your favorite color--pink! You did a great job of drawing this seahorse!

Mer-- I like how you folded those colorful pieces into accordion pleats. Maybe you will have to ask mom or dad what those words mean! The red piece reminds me of the St Louis arch. We should visit there together some time!

Mer-- That house with a big bunch of balloons coming out of the chimney is very colorful! That is a lot of balloons--or is it something else? The house is really made well and I like the roof!
