Wow! This piece of art is so interesting. At 1st I thought she drew a banana. After looking more closely, I realized it’s got a face! Or maybe it’s a yellow thumb with a face on the thumb nail. It’s obviously an art work that is open to interpretation, and a piece that lingers in my imagination. Very creative, Belle. Great job! I’m proud of your work as an artist.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this art piece. She did a great job on the feathers, so neatly placed in rose and overlapping, like real feathers. The blue background and bright yellow sun makes me almost think it is a photograph of a real owl. The facial features and expression makes me think this owl would be fun to know. Great job Belle! Belle, This is such a strong use of cheerful colors. I like the yellow bursts with the blue centers. They look like cells under a microscope.
