That's amazing Darcy. A deconstructed water melon. You are so creative, well done.

Before I had even scrolled, down to find out what the project was all about, water melons came to my thoughts straight away Darcy. Not only have you painted very accurately the colour of a watermelon, but you have displayed that water melons can be eaten in a variety of shapes. I like the way you have included uncut melons in your painting. Once again Darcy you should be proud of your work. Well done.

Good morning Darcy. I have just opened the message advising that you have painted another picture and once again I am not disappointed. The giraffe is just lovely. He is certainly enjoying dancing, he even has a smile on his face. I love how you have painted the picture frame too. Well done Darcy.

Well Darcy this is a lovely painting of a very cheeky looking giraffe. Again you have drawn definitive lines around the face and the markings on the giraffe's long neck are clearly visible. This painting really makes me smile. Well done Darcy, your artwork keeps on improving every time I have the privilege of seeing your paintings.

Although the painting has a multiple of colours the shape of the hearts are clearly defined Darrcy. You have managed to drawn and painted the 4 hearts to fit neatly into the smaller square without the hearts losing their shapes. I love the choice of your choice of colours. Well done Darcy

Until I saw your painting Darcy I had never heard of Charley Harper Woodpecker and did look at some pictures to understand how a Charley Harper woodpecker should like. You certainly have drawn/painted a very accurate version of this bird not only with the definitive lines and shape, but also the colours which you have used. The position of his feet on the tree is very reassuring that the bird is stable and safe on the tree. Well done Darcy.

What a beautiful woodpecker Darcy. I love how it stands out against the snowflakes in the sky. I often see and hear one when I’m running around the golf course here. They are very striking birds - that’s actually a bit of a play on words isn’t it? ??

What a beautiful field of poppies Darcy. The way you have drawn them provides great depth with the poppies in the distance appearing to be much further away. I love the birds as well! Well done.

I love this Darcy. There is a real sense of perspective as the poppies get smaller and fade into the distance. The colourful hill, the buds and the sky all add to the feeling of calm and space. Beautiful work.

Hello Darcy. Having never heard of Gustavo before, I had to read some information about him first. Usually ghosts are very scary, but after reading the information I realised why you have drawn/painted such a friendly ghost with a lovely smile. Very much like the original Gustavo and once again very defined lines and so neatly done. I also love the colourful background which makes Gustavo stand out in the picture. Well done Darcy; I do like receiving your paintings. I will look out for a friendly ghost on Halloween.

Hello Darcy. I like the idea of drawing a variety of buildings showing their different shapes and have been beautifully drawn The sky is very 'busy' what with the clearly defined moon and stars. I also like your drawings of swirling clouds, because as you have demonstrated although it is dark the clouds never stop moving. Well done Darcy, I love receiving your artwork and always look forward to your next piece.

Apologies for the delay Darcy, in response to your first painting of the term. A very clearly defined apple and what a good to show the inside and outside of an apple. The apple pips are evenly drawn and even the leaves show a variation of color. Well done ??

I am in love with this cute little elephant - he really does look just like Elmer. The colour blocking around the edge of the picture is gorgeous. Great artwork Darcy!

Darcy I just LOVE this painting. Elephants are one of my favourite animals. You are certainly improving on your drawing skills. The elephant has been beautifully drawn with clear outlines. I liked the idea of including trees in, again both drawn and painted well. The painting deserved the very colourful frame around it. Darcy I love your most recent piece of work. At this time of year the sun is warming the soil causing the flowers to grow and attracting insects like bees. The sun and the rain shower clouds produce some beautiful rainbows, just like in your picture. It’s lovely. Well done. Grandad.

Your new painting certainly surprised me Darcy. So different from those that you have already produced. I love the main bold colour but also the splashes of purple. Usually when the word 'love' is mentioned the first thought which comes to mind are red hearts. Nice to see that you have not followed that trend. Hello Darcy another lovely piece of artwork. Your bear looks deep in thought and quite shy. He certainly is not a ferocious bear and I expect he would not harm anybody unless of course he was being hurt himself. I just love the happy face of your pumpkin Darcy and like the idea of the pumpkin having a tooth. I expect you added the tooth in case the pumpkin wanted to eat some of the trick and treats. You have certainly thought hard for the colour of your pumpkin and mixed your colours well. I also love the colour of your leaves; there's a good mixture of colours and the 'rusty' colour really stands out on the leaf on the left hand side of the pumpkin.
