Pointillism is an amazing art technique. I did not know the Aborigine technique also. Check out an artist named Seurat and his pointillism. I like your color choices. Did you paint this from a visual source or from your imagination? I wonder. Try this some more. I bet you'll love it. Try keeping the colored dots closer together and see how it looks.

Mo, nice feather. I love the bright, vibrant "local color". Local color is the color as it is in nature. I especially like how on your feather the sun bleeds out a little onto the grass and a bit up into the sky as it's rising. Praise God for the colors He makes and for our eyes to see them all. Glory to Him and good job to you. You make Aunt Doe proud!
