This looks like background reversal. Or maybe negative/positive reversal. Good choice of contrasting colors to accomplish this concept, Evelyn!

Evelyn, what a clever and colorful artwork you created. The queen of cats is very well drawn, especially all the detail in the different cats on the queen's robe. Instead of a staff she is holding a fishing pole! I love it!
