Just when I think you can’t top what you did last time, you totally surprise me with a 3D eye! I love your color choices, too! Can’t wait to see this in person: I love it!

Your eye is really cool! At first, I wasn't sure why you did just one eye, but then I realized that this represents the eye that you will be dissecting. It will be very interesting to see all of the parts of the eye, which is very much like your own. I love how you blended the colors in your eye art, and can't wait to see it in person!

I really love this artwork! I can’t tell what the size is, but is this your actual hand? The way you showed the bones makes this perfect for this time of year. It’s very realistic!

I love this puppy food truck! The colors are so wonderful! Wouldn't it be so much fun if we could buy puppy treats from a truck like that in the neighborhood? I would ne first in line! Love, Nama

It looks like you used some special materials for this art project. I love how the shiny metal shows off the colors and image that you picked. That heart was beautiful! I can’t wait to see it in person!

I love this owl against a starry night! Great work, Makenna!

Did you know that owls are one of my favorites? This one is very colorful! I also love that your sky is full of stars. Maybe someday we can visit a Dark Sky Park to see more stars than we can see in the city. Keep up your beautiful work, Nama loves it!

I love this!! Probably my favorite so far. It reminds me of the eclipse that will be seen tomorrow! I can’t wait to order it! Colors are spectacular!

Hi Makenna! This rainbow pup is SO CUTE! My favorite part of the drawing is the little pink tongue! It looks just like Earl when he's sleeping...his tongue is too big for his mouth and sticks out a little. Great work blending the colors, too. And - a very unique tail! I love this! (And you ;-)

I love the rainbow dog! It is really unique!

This is great! I love your bug colors, and the jointed legs are so realistic! I had a hissing cockroach as a classroom pet for 2 years, and we could even see that he had tiny hairs on his legs. Everyone loved Seymore: I think you could name the bug in your picture, too. Remind me to show you my amazing bug jewelry the next time you come over. The jewelry is made of real bugs!

Dear Makenna, When I look at your artwork today it reminds me of a quilt. This would be a fun design!

This spider reminds me of the story that I told you when my sister‘s tarantula escaped in the house and we had to spend the night sleeping while she was loose. The big difference is that her tarantula was a blue legged tarantula so it was a really pretty blue color, not black. If you ever get another chance to draw a great spider, think of the blue tarantula!

I love your rocket bear! He looks like he is floating in the low gravity space outside the rocket. The bear is so lucky: I would love to go into space, too! Your art makes me feel like I’m already there…

Dear Makenna I love your artwork. Pandas are my favorite! I had a stuffed panda when I was a little girl that I really loved, and I’ve seen real pandas at the zoo in Washington DC. I especially like how you’ve drawn yours: pandas have big bodies! Keep up the wonderful drawings! Love, Nama

I love the repeating patterns on your fish, and also how they get bigger and bigger all the way to the tail. This is a beautiful drawing. Keep up the good work! You are becoming quite the artist!

Wow Makenna! Your colorful creation has scary sharp teeth! It kind of reminds me of Marcelline. Papa wants to know if it's a giraffe. He's so funny: everyone knows that giraffes don't have those kind of teeth! This is obviously a very flashy carnivore. All other animals should beware! I loved this so much that I sent a copy to myself to keep just in case you become famous someday...Maybe you can sign it for me so that it will be even more valuable!

Dear Makenna, I love the way you drew the eyes for the rabbit with hearts inside. So cute! This picture makes me think about the Easter Bunny!

Wow! I really love this polar bear! His hat is so cute and colorful. The 6 hearts are a nice touch and make her hat unique. I especially like her long. curly eyelashes. The background coloring was completely covering the page and there was absolutely no bare spots. I can tell that you took your time on this one. Super job!
