I love your fruit Gianna! It looks so real and delicious. Is the space ship lauching towards it to devour some tasty snacks?

Geeg, this piece of art is so inclusive of different religions and those supporting the religions. You are a kind, gentle person and think of other people in so many instances. Thank you for being you. Love, Grandma

Gianna, I love the opening statement that you wrote about creating this art. It is very well written. You express yourself very well! Keep up the great art and literary work! "I applied 2 of the studio habits by envisioning what I would like the next steps to look like and observing other people's art to inspire mine."

Gianna, I like the contrast between the dark, moon & sun with a cloud and lightning. What else is depicted? Great imagination! Keep up the wonderful drawings!

Geeg, I love this collage. All the shadings and different tones of blues, greens, and gray/browns are superb. This is one of my favorite art pieces. Keep up the wonderful work. What an artist you are! Grandma

This drawing reminds me of the song "Candle in the Wind". I enjoy the combination of cool and warm colors in one drawing...soothing, but yet electrifying. Wonderful!

Geeg, I love this seascape of rocky, wavy waters. I noticed the bottle and the monster. I think there may be other "secret" drawings in this picture, but I cannot detect them. Keep up the wonderful artwork!

Gianna, I really like your description of your artistic creation! You explain yourself so well. Keep up the terrific fun you share with us and others! Grandpa

Gianna, this piece of art is “leafing” me with thoughts of students working together and improvising immediately after a student finishes his/her part in the process to add another dimension. Wonderful concept. Keep up the creativity! Love, Grandma

Geeg, your collage is quite interesting and very creative of activities you like to do, some favorite sweets, your favorite pet Hammie, and dinosaurs for your brother (how thoughtful of you).

Geeg, pinch pots are a new artistic design for me (and maybe for you?) If so, then it takes practice to make appear what you want it to be. Art is really in the eye of the artist creating a piece. You did a fine job, so keep pursuing it. Love, Grandma

Gianna, We love your explanation of this art design. You told grandma that it is about Grandparents and we make you happy! How thoughtful of you to paint this. Thank you so much for making our day and month and year!!! We love you so much. Grandma & Grandpa

This wolf seems very realistic, Gianna. Wonderful creation, especially not having seen one. You must have imagined it. How ingenious of you! Keep up the great art!!!

Oh Geeg, I love your desert scene...could be a sunrise or sunset drawing. The mountains are perfect and so is the coloring, just like Florida or Arizona sunsets. Keep up the wonderful artwork! Love, Grandma
- Dee on October 27, 2021
We like the way you portrayed this dessert scene. It looks very realistic! We are amazed by your talent as you have never seen a view like this in person but were able to capture its resemblance so well! Keep up the fantastic art creations!!!

Geeg, I am a super big fan of the American flag. I love how you drew flags from larger to smaller in this drawing, giving depth perception to the smallest flag in the distance. (In photography, this is called depth of field.). Keep up your artistic endeavors. Love, Grandma

Geeg, your facial features are quite real-like. I am especially fond of the eyes - maybe that's because I look at people's eyes when I first see them. Plus, the colors of eyes (iris) are quite intriguing to me. You are doing wonderful artwork!
- Dee on February 24, 2021

Geeg, your glass bottles are precisely beautiful and transparent. Yes, I can see them lined up on my table, filled with candies or brightly colored flowers from my garden. Your artwork is delightful!
- Dee on January 27, 2021

Geeg, your "jewels" are beautiful. I especially like the details of the silver surrounding each jewel. The shading of the greens and red make them look realistic. You are doing wonderful work! Grandma

Geeg, I absolutely love your colorful metallic bow. It looks so real and shiny. I would definitely apply this bow to one of my colorful Christmas packages. Love, Grandma
- Dee on January 20, 2021

Geeg, your shiny bubbles look so real. I really like the purple-ish iridescence in the bubble on the left lower side of the page, and I'm sure you know why! Keep up the wonderful drawings, as you are learning so much.

These marbles look so real. Wonderful creations Gianna! You continue to amaze us with your drawings & innovative art. Love what you make and that you enjoy this talent that you share.

Geeg, this metallic bow is beautiful and so real looking. I love the colors of it also, as it's not just for Christmas...it could also be for a Valentine's gift since red is included in the colors. Your creative artwork is fantastic - I love seeing all of your drawings! Gram

Geeg, I think this 2-point perspective is really "cool". I had to study it for a bit to discover the different perspective that you wanted to reveal. Did you know most of my clothes are in cool colors? Love, Grandma
- Dee on December 23, 2020

Oh, Gianna, your 3-layered cake looks absolutely delicious and ready for me to eat. I can taste the vanilla and butter in the sweet cake. Did you know I make a 3-layered Italian Cream Cake? It is so dee-licious!
- Grandma Dee on December 23, 2020
I love your art. Better yet, if you actually made this fantastic & delicious looking cake and we partied until it was all eaten! Let me know when you bake it. Keep up the great art designs. Love that you learned to draw shadows.

G - This imaginative and creative tree house is great in our backyard, especially with your brother and cousins climbing the tree to get to the house. When I was a your age and living on our farm, I didn't have a treehouse but I climbed up a mulberry tree and sat on a special branch to eat the mulberries around me.
- Dee on December 13, 2020

G, I think your wolf is quite realistic and authentic. The shading of its coat from white to black is excellent. You are doing a wonderful job of creating art projects - keep it up! Grandma

G, I love your bowl of food/upside-down face technique! It is quite creative and whimsical. Facing challenges of any kind will help you with critical thinking and problem-solving. What a clever idea to do this in appreciation of Arcimboldo's art work.
- Dee on November 25, 2020

Gianna, I love your face made from vegetables! I think it is neat that you can turn it upside down too for a different view & image. Glad you explained how you made it to me. Keep up the wonderful creative fun!!!
- Grandpa on November 25, 2020

G, I just love the colors you chose for this letter. The blues fade into greens fading into a shade of yellow feels very smooth and aesthetic. Compliments to you, my budding artist! Love, Grandma
- Dee on November 25, 2020

Gianna, I love your desert scene. It was neat how you remembered your mom describing what a cactus looked like when she returned from a business trip there. I'm glad you mentioned that you included an owl inside the cactus. That was a cool idea. Plus I love the mountains. Always will. What a beautiful collection of cool pastel colors!
- Grandpa on November 11, 2020

G, I love your perspective of near and far. The girl looks like you floating down the river. Love the sun-setting angle and viewpoint. Love, Gram
- Dee on November 5, 2020

G, I love all the angles of your person doing yoga. How creative you are and have become. Keep up the wonderful work! Love, Grandma

G, your skeleton looks very good...an excellent drawing of lots of bones in our bodies. It makes me think of my "bone backrub" I give my grandchildren. Love, Grandma

Liked your explanation also!

Gianna, We love your figures in motion! When I asked you about it, I thought perhaps you traced it because it was so well done! And I think her face is awesome. You draw faces better than you think and certainly better than Grandpa :) So keep up the fantastic art work. We really enjoy viewing it online. Gramps & Gramma

Hi G, This face production is a great rendition of you; wonderful perspective of facial features according to your face shape. Love the long hair!!! Hugs, Grandma

Dearest G: What a creative way to actually "feel" what Michelangelo felt while he was painting - trying to lie on your back while drawing. Your dinosaur is so full of details and unique to you. Thank you for sharing. Love, Gram and Gramp
- Mike And Dee on October 7, 2020

Gianna, Can you imagine how difficult it was for Michelangelo to paint the Sistene Chapel ceiling? You did very well with this challenging task. Love your art creations! Keep up the tremendous drawings!

G, Your Mona Lisa is simply superb! We love it. You have the talents of a true artist. Keep up the fantastic drawings.
- Mike on September 23, 2020
Dear G, we absolutely love your Mother Nature version of Mona Lisa. The colors are beautiful (natural and so close to nature's colors). You have drawn such lovely and pleasing details of her facial features, the flowers in her hair, and the plant beside her. The shading blends well from sunrise/sunset to water to the soil. Thanks for sharing this charming and delightful piece of artwork with us. We love it! Much love, Grandma & Grandpa

Hi G, we want to let you know your artwork is so creative and pensive. You have a wonderful eye for drawing plus great wording for expressing yourself and why you drew what you did. We love you to the moon and back. Grammi and Grandpa
