For some reason this piece reminds me of the book, “The Very Hungry Caterpillar”??

I think this piece has an interesting comic like feel! But, I am wondering what the blue thing is coming from the guys mouth, my first guess was some kind of instrument? Then my eye went to the blue mat, or is it a pool, or an ocean? So many possibilities, but I will never know if the artist does not tell me! That is the joy of looking at the your work! You are so creative! ????????
