Hey, Rebecca~ Our name looks GREAT! Perfect colors, too! Purple is my favorite color. I love purples, bright pinks, reds, with turquoise. Kind of Southwest colors, I guess. Also Oklahoma Indian artists use those colors a lot. My Daddy liked those colors, too. He used to buy me dresses in those colors. Our name looks like it's in lights, kind of like on Broadway! Hmmm...One day.......Love you! -- Becky

Rebecca: That's quite a Kansas critter, and it looks like it's looking right at me! Do you have any of these in your yard? I wonder what kind of sound they would make? How big is it in real life? Do grasshoppers grow bigger in Kansas? The colors in this one sure are pretty! Do you know the song about the grasshopper who takes all day doing is chores? Maybe your Mama remembers it. Another good piece of art, Miss Rebecca! -- Aunt Becky

Trees are so much fun for an artist to explore! The branches are like arms; the limbs like hands and fingers. You wonder what they are reaching for. I like the twisting and turning of your tree, and the curiosity of the trunk. The color reminds me of either sunrise or sunset, both beautiful, thoughtful times of the day.Time to reflect and wonder. I wonder what you were thinking about as you created this tree? -- Aunt Becky
