Hey Lucas James- this reminds me of the fact that spring will arrive here in MN once again-- when the trees begin to bud and then the leaves will emerge.

Hey lucas James- this reminds me of a stained glass window that I have seen in churches and cathedrals in Europe. I hope that you enjoy creating your artwork because I surely enjoy looking at them.

Hey Lucas- I needed some time to think about this picture that you created and what it represented to me. It reminds me of being at Great Gramma Dor's lake home at sunrise. The red in the picture reminds me of the sunrise being reflected in the water. There is a lone tree trunk across the lake. Your dad and Auntie Jenna spent a lot of time at the lake with Great Gramma Dor-- they would go fishing, canoeing, swimming, and taking hikes in the woods.

Hey Lucas- this reminds me of being up in an airplane and looking out the window to see earth below.

Hey Lucas James - my first perception of this picture reminded me of spring because it looks like baby birds hatching from an egg!! I don’t know if you perceive the same idea - but that’s the cool aspect of art! We all can interpret it through our own lense!

Hey Lucas- I love the integration of the colors/ peaks/ swirls in this painting! It brings back memories of all the mountain ranges we saw with your dad and Auntie Jenna during our epic camping trips! We saw the Rocky Mountains, the Canadian Rockies , the Cascade Mountains , the Sierra Nevadas and the Black Hills. From Gramma L2 in MN

Hey Lucas- you have shown symmetry in this picture with the blue rectangular shapes that remind me of dinosaur teeth for some reason. Also the two red lines put together like a jigsaw puzzle would end up as a complete rectangle. The yellow lines remind me of alligator/crocodile teeth that may need extra brushing. You used the three primary colors - good job. Looking forward to seeing all of your artwork from this school year.

Hey Lucas James- love the consistency that you used in the black lines and other colored lines. I also love the details of your face with the hair / eyes/ and mouth!! Keep on expressing yourself- it is amazing.
