This looks like artwork that symbolizes Spring. I see the rabbit (bunny) which makes me think of Easter, and the carrots that he likes to eat, or that I might plant in a spring garden. The puffy clouds and sun show signs of spring weather. I love the border you made all the way around, creating a frame for your picture. I usually think of Spring pictures showing many colors, but I like the way you depict Spring just as well in black and white.

I love your use of color, and the way you used weaving to create one of your favorite characters! The eyes turned out so perfectly and the black background makes this guy really pop! You are learning so many new techniques and ways to create interesting, fun, and beautiful works of art. Great job, Emmett!

Emmett, this is a really interesting picture. It looks both cloudy and sunny, both dark and light. It looks kind of eerie, kind of Halloweenish, yet also hopeful, with the sun. What are all the lines going through It? I would like to see the original. Is it drawn or painted? I do have lots of questions. Do you have a title for it?
