from Jennifer Shock
Hello Parents!

We just wanted to let you know about all the wonderful Art happenings for the month of March (Youth Art Month)!

The 22nd Annual Elementary Art Exhibition is from March 28th through April 4th! You can view student artwork from all over the district at the Raymond E. Hartfield Performing Arts Center (next to McNeil High School). On Tuesday April 4th, there will be a Meet & Greet with Mrs. Shock & Mrs. West.

Our Art Club participated in creating the mural at the new Dell Seton Medical Center. There will be a reveal of the mural on Saturday, April 8th. It begins at 1pm and ends at 4pm.

Our Art Club also participated in making clay bowls for the Empty Bowls Festival. The Empty Bowls Festival raises money for the Round Rock Serving Center. We have a big purple bin by the front office for food donations if you can't come to the festival. Students bowls will be auctioned off at the festival, and the England Choir will be performing at 11am!
