September Art News
from Miss Gerveler
Hello!
This is a monthly newsletter from the RCE art room, updating you on all of the happenings in art class! We have been busy this month with some great projects! Listed below are some of the projects we have been working on!

K-Painting lines, Shape Robots
1st-Line Turtles, Painted Pumpkins
2nd-Colors of the rainbow painting, Texture leaves
3rd-Marker Hands, Tree sculptures
4th-Painted country barns
5th- Watercolor techniques, Perspective farm crops

We will once again have an annual art show in May to showcase student work! I will be keeping all of the student's artwork until then, and their artwork will be returned to them to take home after the show.

Meanwhile you can view all of your student's work on Artsonia.com. If you provided a contact email you may have already received an invitation to grant permission to share your child’s art work online. I will also be sending out paper permission slips to those students who I may have missed. If you have any questions about Artsonia please let me know!

Funds raised from Artsonia last year were used to purchase new "tiger blue" aprons for the students!
