Expressions Charter Chat: February
from Jenell Novello and Emily Shane
The "earth" without "art" is just "eh."- Ned Roram

To continue our constant effort to provide exciting and engaging art experiences, we sent out this letter in February to inform families about what we have accomplished so far, plans for the future and the Expressions budget. Additionally, a Donors Choose grant was recently published to fund non-consumable art equipment to benefit all students.  Althought the economy is slowly rebouding, there is always a lag in regards to funding education. With the help of parents we are very fortunate to be able to provide our students with a quality Arts Education. Here is a link to an article that speaks to how important an Arts Education really is. If you are able to donate money for art materials by March 4th we would really appreciate your continued support.
